Hi, I’m Nicole Willett. I work and live throughout Lakeview, Canadian Lakes, and the Lake Mecosta/Tri-Lakes area — the place I’ve called home nearly all my life.

My husband, Steve, is a licensed builder here in West Michigan. Because of that, I’ve had a front-row seat to how homes are really built — from septic and excavation to insulation, additions, pole barns, and full new construction. I understand what goes on behind the walls, under the floors, and out in the soil long before something hits the MLS.

That experience naturally shapes how I help buyers and sellers.
